Zendesk Support is Available Now for Ardent Products
Users of ARKVault, ARKScan, and ARKLauncher can now receive assistance and support by using Zendesk. By integrating a ticketing system we can also get clearer feedback on issues that users are experiencing. This will increase efficiency as well as make sure that our users are receiving timely assistance. You may refer to the screenshots below to find the specific menu for Zendesk support for each of our products.
ARKVault - Contact Us Menu
You will be able to spot the ‘Contact Us’ menu when clicking on your profile. Leave us a message with your name, email address, and the issue you are currently facing. Our development team will be able to provide tech support in a timely and professional manner.

ARKScan - Support Tab
You can leave us your questions and create a ticket by going to the ‘Support’ tab within the navigation menu. The link to the Support Tab is https://live.arkscan.io/support .

Login to MSQ using your MetaMask!
We have just added a major Web3 feature to MSQ! You can now log into MSQ through MetaMask (supports your Ledger Hardware Wallets and mobile MetaMask app)! By logging into MSQ with your MetaMask wallet, you will be able to vote on Pages, which are special hubs created by the MSQ team to highlight and feature some of the leading projects in NFTs, gaming, and the metaverse.
You can spot Trending Pages in the middle of the first page underneath Newest Videos. You can also now vote on your favorite pages once you are logged in to your wallet.
Adding Web3 wallet connect isn’t just for liking pages … we have a lot more updates planned that will take advantage of this feature and expand the use of MSQ. Who knows, it might even be a good idea to make sure you are one of the early adopters.
